Description and scope: On 09/16/2024 at 9:30 pm EDT we will be performing a scheduled intervention for the Sangoma Meet platform, upgrading it to version 5.6.4

Intervention duration: 120 minutes

Impact: Sangoma Meet services will be impacted during the maintenance period.

Considerations:
- Fixes implemented for Web, Desktop.
- Increase video recording limit to 2 hours on web platform. This was already deployed on Desktop application with the last release on 22 August, 2024
- Personal Meeting ID improvements on web platform. This was already deployed on the Desktop application with the last release on 22 August, 2024.

Improvements on web platform. Note: All the below mentioned improvements were deployed on desktop application on 22 August, 2024
1- Personal Meeting ID Management: Introducing a dedicated section to manage all Personal Meeting IDs
2- Increased Video Recording Limit to 2 Hours: We have extended the video recording limit to 2 hours. Now, users can record their meetings for up to 2 hours continuously.

Bug Fixes:
Improved delayed response when enabling/disabling “CC”:
Chat Copy/paste issue.
Users getting dropped from Meeting room.
