Details and Scope: There are some emergency infrastructure updates for our CommUnity platform.
Impact: During the deployment window, customers may experience interruptions and/or delays across the entire CommUnity voice platform, including myHud, TeamHub and Admin Panel. In the event that physical devices lose registration, they are expected to re-register within 10-15 minutes.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Wednesday June 18th 1:00 AM Eastern Time
Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 120 minute window
