Details and Scope: There are some planned infrastructure updates for our CommUnity platform.
Impact: During the deployment window, there may be up to 30 seconds of delay experienced with phone registrations and new calls- Active calls will not be impacted. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday March 20th at 9:00 PM EST
Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 60 minute window
