We are actively investigating reports of inbound and outbound call failures affecting Switchvox Cloud customers, along with issues accessing the PBX interface. Additionally, we are looking into potential impacts on Faxstation, as some customers are experiencing difficulties sending and receiving faxes. Our engineering team is working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
