Details and Scope: Sangoma has identified a potential storage issue affecting a small subset of Switchvox Cloud instances. The affected systems are operating normally for now but must be taken offline for maintenance to prevent potential failures. This work affects only a subset of Switchvox Cloud instances and is necessary to ensure the continued stability and reliability of the platform.

Impact: Affected instances will be fully offline at some point during the 2-hour maintenance window. Instances not in the affected subset are not impacted.

Time of Release: Scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET (window ends approximately 1:00 AM ET Monday, June 22).
