We've been informed by the local carrier that repairs are ongoing to completely restore the connection for the circuits impacted by the recent hurricane. No ETR has been given. We'll follow up with them tomorrow for a new update.

We continue to coordinate with the Local Exchange Carriers regarding the service impact caused by Hurricane Helene. Restoration efforts are still being done at this time and while services may be restored to some, there are a few nodes that has not been cleared. No ETR has been provided.

Local carriers have indicated that a commercial power outage, resulting from damage caused by Hurricane Helen, is responsible for the current downtime. If power is restored in your area but your connection remains down, we recommend rebooting your equipment to restore service. We shall continue to monitor the connection and coordinate with the line carriers to get further updates.

Due to the effects of Hurricane Helene many areas affected by the storm are experiencing partial outages or degraded performance. We are continuing to monitor with our local carriers to make sure the impact is limited as much as possible.
