Details and Scope: There are some planned infrastructure updates to the Business Voice and Business Voice Plus platform. Impact: Message Waiting Indicators (MWI), Park Presence and Park Caller ID may not be available for a period of 15 minutes during the deployment window. There may also be delays on select new calls made during the deployment window- active calls will NOT be impacted There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal. Time of Release: Scheduled for Tuesday October 8th at 9:00 PM EDT Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 60 minute window
