If you are one of the customers who is receiving false notifications, you can temporarily disable notifications in the portal. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to Support directly, and we can assist. While service availability is not impacted, we are working to correct this issue for the subset of customers who are experiencing it.

Update
Our Engineering team is still investigating this reported issue with Faxstation. The Faxstation service remains unaffected but the email notifications are spamming incoming email inboxes. We will keep you updated on progress.

Investigating
We have discovered an issue with incorrect unreachable CPE device notifications that is currently affecting Faxstation. Currently service is not affected. If you do have any service interruptions, please contact support. Our engineering team is actively investigating the matter.
