Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing a non-platform related upgrade to the supported firmware for various older models of the Yealink series phones on the Business Voice and Business Voice Plus platform. Additional details can be found here: https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYDeI
Impact: Impacted Yealink phones will automatically receive the new firmware between 2:00 AM-5:00 AM ET. There is no additional action required by end users. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Tuesday October 14th at 3:00 PM Eastern Time
Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 60-minute window
