Ultimately we found that the firmware upgrade impacted a very small number of customers with very specific network settings. The maintenance is complete and we are working directly with customers who are still experiencing a phone bootloop.

Last night we rolled out a new Yeaklink firmware version to our T4xS series phones on Business Voice. We suspect that the new firmware may be causing the boot loop in a very small number of customers. While only a few customers are experiencing this, we have decided to initiate a rollback to the last previous stable firmware version. We will begin the roll-back momentarily and we do not expect any customer impact.

We have received a few reports that some customers with Yealink phones on the Business Voice platform are experiencing phone reboots. While there have only been a few reports, our engineering team is actively investigating the matter.
