Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance on the Business Voice services platform.
Impact: Select Business Voice customers may experience delays is Save to System changes and false positive Starwatch alerts. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday 08/20/2026 at 3:00 PM ET
