According to the local carrier, the multi-node outage was declared resolved at 9:06 AM local time. We shall begin an extended monitoring to ensure the stability of the affected circuits.

We were informed by Charter/Spectrum that this multi-node system event affecting customers in the CA and AZ area is still ongoing with no ETA provided. We will continue to engage them to get newer updates and relay them to you as soon as they become available.

Investigating
We have detected and confirmed with our carrier that an upstream service disruption is impacting internet connectivity for some of our customers. We have also confirmed with our carriers that this service impact did occur in the CA area. We remain engaged with our upstream carriers and continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
