Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance for the Business Voice platforms.
Impact: There is a low probability that select customers (with custom SIP integrations) may experience routing issues during the deployment. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday 04/23/2026 at 10:00 PM ET
