The Post Dial Delay was introduced by an upgrade that was performed overnight. We have decided to roll back the upgrade. Customers may experience active calls dropping and a momentary loss of registrations when the system restarts.

We have discovered an issue with post dial delay on inbound/outbound calling affecting CommUnity (CY) customers. Our Engineering team is actively investigating this matter.
