The carrier has not given an all clear message regarding this down event, however all the sites affected have been stable today. We are now beginning an extended monitoring period to ensure no problems persist.

Update
Comcast informed us that their outage is resolved, but our monitoring still indicates affected circuits are down. They're now seeing the modem as offline and suggest rebooting it to restore the connection. Please reboot your equipment and inform us if the connection is restored.

The affected circuits are still down following the initial ETR provided by the local carrier. We've reached out to them and learned that the outage is ongoing. The new ETR is 11:24 PM EST. We shall continue to engaged with them and provide you the next updates once available.

The local exchange carrier, Comcast, in South Carolina had detected an internet outage affecting a handful of our customers. The estimated time of restoration is 7:40 PM local time. We will remain in contact with the carrier and provide you with further updates.
