We have received confirmation from CoxComm that this system event has been resolved. The service disruption earlier today was due to a planned system maintenance. Services are now fully restored, and we are seeing that all affected circuits are now up and operational. This system event is now closed.

Circuits affected by this event has recovered and remained stable since, however, CoxComm has not declared an all-clear. Circuits may continue to experience issues until an all-clear from the carrier has been issued. We will continue to monitor and send updates as they become available.

Our monitoring tool has identified several down circuits with CoxComm as the carrier. We’ve reached out to them, and they confirmed an unplanned outage affecting CA and AZ. The Estimated Time of Restoration is 7:12 AM PST for California and 6:47 AM MT for Arizona. While your circuit may currently appear operational, there is a chance it could go down again until the carrier completes full restoration.
