Description and scope: On Friday, October 4th 2024 at 5:00 a.m. EDT we will be upgrading Sangoma CX - Cluster 1 and 2 to a new release that includes the following fixes

What is fixed:
- Resolve a potential issue of Music on Hold randomly not playing back because audio files are not reachable. Audio files will be moved to S3 AWS.
- Fix Timeline not displaying Caller IDs.
- Resolved issue in Call history report showing 504 Gateway error Time-out, when applying some filters.

Clusters affected: acd1-aws acd2-aws. Information about how to find the Cluster used by each tenant available in the following article (https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCX/pages/55771496/Sangoma+CX+Platform+Maintenance+Notifications)

Intervention duration: 60 minutes.

Impact: Not expected any degradation or loss of service. Calls and Digital Interactions will still be processed.
