Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing a non-platform related upgrade to the supported firmware for Yealink T4XS series phones on the Business Voice and Business Voice Plus platform. Impacted Yealink T4XS phones will automatically receive the new firmware between 2:00 AM-5:00 AM ET, however, any users performing a power cycle or reboot on their devices after this maintenance window, will automatically trigger this updated firmware upon restart.
Impact: There is no additional action required by end users. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Tuesday September 30th at 3:00 PM Eastern Time
Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 60-minute window
