We got an update from Charter that this multi-node system event is still ongoing with no new ETR. We will remain engaged with them to continue to monitor this system event and provide new updates.

The Local Exchange Carrier reports that the system event is due to a multi-node outage. Estimated time of restoration is at 10AM Central.

We have detected and confirmed with our carrier that an upstream service disruption is impacting internet connectivity for some of our customers. We have also confirmed with our carriers that this service impact did occur in the Texas area. We remain engaged with our upstream carriers and continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
