Description and scope: On Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 9:00 p.m. EST we will be performing a scheduled intervention in the Sangoma TeamHub platform to increase its scalability, enabling the platform to absorb the projected increase in user growth.

Impact: Not expected to cause any degradation or loss of service.
