Engineering found that there was a delay in fax processing between 4:20pm and 5:00pm ET. A fix was implemented and the systems have recovered.

We have discovered escalated error rates on both Fax Classic and Fax Digital on BV (Business Voice) platform. Our Engineering team is currently investigating.
