Details and Scope: There are some planned infrastructure updates for our CommUnity platform.
Impact: During the deployment window, there may be select customers that might experience interruptions and/or delays across the entire CommUnity voice platform, including myHud, TeamHub and Admin Panel. In the event that physical devices lose registration, they are expected to re-register within 10-15 minutes.
