Details and Scope: There are some planned infrastructure updates to Business Voice and Business Voice Plus platform. Impact: Application Framework and Message Waiting Indicators (MWI) may not be available for a period of 30 minutes during the deployment window. This will also impact any StarCenter 2 agents and Supervisors. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal. Time of Release: Scheduled for Tuesday October 8th at 8:00 PM EDT Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 60 minute window
