Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance on the Business Voice+ platform.


Impact: During the deployment window, a small subset of BV+ customers may experience delays in configuration changes being applied to their StarBox. As a result, incoming call routing may temporarily follow previous configurations until the updates have been fully processed and synchronized.
