Switchvox Cloud mass updates to 8.2.2.1, begins Jun 24

Beginning the evening of Tuesday June 24th, Switchvox Cloud instances will be updated to the latest version of Switchvox - 8.2.2.1. This is a minor update from the current version of 8.0.4. New features and resolved issues in this release are summarized at https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Switchvox/pages/787349521/Switchvox+-+Release+Notes+Version+8.2.2.1+May+26+2025.

Updates will take place during each customer's standing, weekly maintenance window, which are set to occur throughout the night on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. During this time some customers may experience brief interruptions of service. Upgrades will be paused on July 3rd for the July 4th holiday.
