Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance for the FAXStation platform. Impact: During the deployment window, fax users may get temporary errors when: - Viewing or opening a fax document in the FaxStation Portal - Attempting to send a fax document from the FaxStation Portal If errors are seen in any of these use cases, users should wait a few minutes and attempt the action again. We don't expect any service interruption or degradation when sending or receiving faxes from a CPE device. All other FaxStation services are expected to continue oprating as normal. Time of Release: Scheduled for Friday 04/17/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Duration: Expected to be a 60 minute window
