Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance on the Community platform.
Impact: Select Community users may experience delays in SIP signaling (up to 120 seconds) on calls made during the deployment window. Active calls will not be impacted.
There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Friday 09/11/2026 at 12:00 AM ET
Duration: Expected to be a 60 minute window
