Audio Issues on Sangoma Meet

Earlier today we identified an issue with audio and video not working when joining a meeting through the Chrome browser using the latest stable version of Chrome (140). If you are experiencing this issue when attempting to use Sangoma Meet, please follow below.

Recommended Workarounds:

Use the Sangoma Meet Desktop or Mobile App
Join via an alternative browser such as Microsoft Edge or Safari
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix to restore full compatibility.

Monitoring

We've identified the Sangoma Meet issue was caused by a recent Chrome update. Our recommendation is to use either Edge or Safari browsers for Sangoma Meet or the Desktop or Mobile App. Firefox is currently not supported. We'll be monitoring this incident.
