Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing regular maintenance for the Business Voice platforms.
Impact: During the deployment window, select remote phones may not be able to retrieve their phone configurations.
Select Business Voice Plus locations may also receive false positive Starwatch alerts. There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All other calls and services are expected to continue as normal.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Tuesday 06/02/2026 at 3:00 PM ET
Duration: Expected to be a 60 minute window
