Our upstream DaaS is still down, but we have a temporary workaround using Windows Remote Desktop. Please contact technical Support at Phone Number: 844-302-7827 for instructions and help setting up your sessions.

Investigating

The Citrix Cloud service is unavailable for Sangoma customers and we're working with our upstream vendor to resolve the issue asap
