All affected connections have now recovered. Charter/Spectrum has declared an all clear message and outage resolved at 7:36PM local time. We are now beginning an extended monitoring period to ensure no problems persist.

Update
We received new information from Charter/Spectrum that the service disruption impacting internet connectivity for some of our customers is still ongoing with no new ETR. We will remain engaged with them to continue monitoring the situation and to provide updates as they become available.

Investigating
We have detected and confirmed with our carrier that an upstream service disruption is impacting internet connectivity for some of our customers. We have also confirmed with our carrier, Spectrum, that this service impact did occur in the TX area. We remain engaged with our upstream carriers and continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
