Sangoma Engineering has scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade firewall software on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 beginning at 2 AM PST. The maintenance window is planned for 60 minutes. During the maintenance period a five second connection interruption may be experienced in the control panel, HUD, and active calls, while sessions are cleared. Control panel performance may be degraded for up to a five minute period when tunnel servers are rebooted and VPN connections are re-established.
This maintenance is part of our continued network upgrades to increase network reliability and ensure proper security and stability.
