Circuits affected by this event has recovered and remained stable since, however, T-Mobile Wireless has not declared an all-clear. Circuits may continue to experience issues until an all-clear from the carrier has been issued. We will continue to monitor and send updates as they become available.

We received information from the upstream carrier that this service disruption is still ongoing and is scheduled for repair today, but they still have no exact ETR for repair. We have seen a decrease in the number of affected circuits on our monitors for this event. We will continue to engage them to get newer updates and monitor the progress of this system event.

Investigating
We have detected and confirmed with our carrier that an upstream service disruption is impacting internet connectivity for some of our customers. We have also confirmed with our carriers that this service impact did occur in several states. We remain engaged with our upstream carriers and continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
