Our Engineers have identified the source of the display issue and will be deploying a fix into production tonight. We will continue to watch over this issue and will update you once we receive further information pertaining to this incident.

Update

We are aware of a condition affecting some customers where sent faxes appear to be stuck in the outbox, despite being successfully sent. Please note that inbound and outbound faxing functionality remains fully operational. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to resolve the display issue as quickly as possible.

Identified

We have identified a Faxstation display issue where it appears that faxes are stuck in the outbox despite being successfully sent and received by the recipient. Our Engineers are currently investigating and working to correct this issue.
