Description and scope: On Thursday, September 5th, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. EDT, platform maintenance has been scheduled to update and restart one switch telephony server and one web server from a pool of servers allocated to the CX platform on Cluster acd2-aws. No impact is expected. Restart will take 5 to 10 minutes.
